HCBS I\/DD Waiver Service Options <\/h3>\n\n\n\n

The HCBS I\/DD waiver (Home and Community Based Services Medicaid Waiver for individuals with Intellectual Disabilities and Developmental Disabilities) is for individuals aged 5 and over who have intellectual disabilities or other developmental disabilities.  It is designed to assist Medicaid beneficiaries to live in the community and avoid institutionalization.  Click below to view a list of services providers affiliated through the Cottonwood CDDO.  <\/p>\n\n\n\n
