The Home and Community Based Services (HCBS) Intellectual \/ Developmental Disability (I\/DD) Waiver is for Kansas residents age 5 and older. Eligibility determination is the first step to accessing services or getting placed on the waiting list for the HCBS I\/DD Waiver in Douglas and Jefferson counties. See the Kansas eligibility requirements for this waiver below.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
